Great bed… but where are our PILLOWS?!

Bed seems great. It’s the company I’m wondering about. We have yet to use the bed, and I’ve reached out multiple times to inquire about the pillows that we should have received weeks ago, without any response. Their automated texts are great, until you text and need an actual response. Not sure I’d buy from them again!

Definitely easier than other furniture Ive assembled, only some confusion getting the lid to sit flush on top but eventually figured it out. A few scratches from delivery on the inside of the unit but overall a great piece. I haven’t fully tested it out with a guest, but it seems sturdy and comfy with a foam mattress. I really love that it folds up nicely so we can reclaim our room. Overall it seems nice quality, and I think our guest will be comfortable.

I am very happy with the murphy bed I purchased. It is of great quality, including the mattress. It is very sturdy. I’m positive it will last a long time. The customer service is also amazing, checking on me the second my order went in and being available after it arrived and communicating promptly. I’m very pleased overall.
