Best customer service but print wasn’t visible

We ordered the black Napoleon hoodie and could barely see the yellow print on it. Company was so nice and sent us a gray one but the ink was still barely visible. Maybe change the ink choice from yellow to something else. But again, they were so helpful and receptive.
