Inmotion V13 - Seat & Bumper Combo

Although support was fast to answer my concern and inform me of the initial delay, I waited nearly a month for the pads to arrive. Enthusiasts had recommended ClarkPads to protect my V13. However, the pads arrived in poor quality. The 3D-printed pads appeared rushed, and the front pad didn’t fit the railing of my V13. The screws also couldn’t secure to the wheel. After nearly two frustrating hours of trying to fit it, I couldn’t. Inside the packaging, a paper mentioned a QR code in an email that led to an installation video tutorial, but I never received it. Even the colored accents were peeling off! To top it off, there’s no information about returns or exchanges on the Shopify website. I feel let down and scammed after spending nearly $300 on this for my wheels’ safety. I hope I can either get an exchange for a better quality or at least a refund because this is absolutely ridiculous. Update: Support returned my msg and will issue a full refund. I updated my score to reflect this.

The kit covers the wheel extremely well. Only issue I have is width if seat. I know it is part of kit to help mount is why it is wide but edges add a new pressure point when riding standing and can cause blistering on bare skin when legs slide back and forth when shifting weight for braking and accelerating. I have to use a wrap on legs to prevent this.

Looks good and protest well. The seat is very comfortable as well.
