ON THE 22ND OF FEBUARY I PERCHASED A PACK OF 5 MEDIUM FROZEN RATS AS PER MY USUAL ORDERS I found that these frozen rats are not fresh enough for my snakes to eat. I DID TRY TO FEED THEM BOTH BUT THEY WOULD NOT TOUCH THEM , THEY EVEN DID SOMETHING THEY HAVE NEVER DONE BEFORE AND THEY BOTH TURNED AWAY FROM THE RAT AFTER TASTING IT. SO, as they are NOT UPTO, YOUR OWN VERY HIGH STANDARDS, I WOULD BE MOST GRATEFUL IF YOU WOULD PLEASE URGENTLY REPLACE THIS ORDER... YOURS PAUL
