BOBA Chair

“BOBA STOOL: the best thing since sliced bread.” Apparently, the wheel can be reinvented—and this one happens to look like a cheerful green mushroom. I genuinely look forward to getting into my office and taking a seat on my Boba Stool. I alternate between my standing and seated desks, and after powering through a marathon of meetings, I’ve noticed I don’t feel nearly as stiff when I stand back up. You know that involuntary “ughhhaa” noise you make when getting out of a chair? Mine has become far less dramatic. The Boba keeps me moving instead of letting me turn into office furniture. It’s also a little like bringing the outdoors inside. On a hike, nature somehow always provides the perfectly placed stump, fallen tree, or rock when you need a break. The Boba Stool is basically the ultimate indoor stump—only much more comfortable, considerably cleaner, and unlikely to have ants living in it. Most importantly, it has made my workday noticeably more comfortable. My backside is happier (no more numb bum), I feel better when I get up after sitting, and switching between seated and standing work feels much more natural. I bought a stool and somehow ended up with my favorite piece of office equipment. Consider this one very enthusiastic vote for the Boba Stool. Desk chairs be aware.

Three weeks into the boba and I’m still loving it. Especially the color!

So happy with it! It is much more polished looking than I expected. I’ve got two ND kiddos and I wanted seating that might provide a little sensory input when needed. Initially my 7 yo ADHD kiddo went “meh”, and yet they keep moving over to sit on it. So I call that a win!
