I’ll start by saying that I appreciate that they accommodated my request to split my graded copies from my raw in separate shipments. This took quite a bit of follow up on my part but ultimately was a deviation from their standard policy so understand it might have made their order tracking more complicated. I am honestly a bit disappointed that I received one of only 3 CGC graded copies with less than a 9.8 in the census (was a 9.6). This was within their guarantee which was for 9.4 or better, but, given that almost all graded copies in the census were 9.8 or better, I feel that I got the raw end of the stick. Was a huge order (at least for me) which included multiple raw signed copies and another graded book so surprised I got less than favorable treatment. Overall, good looking cover but mixed feelings about this experience.

Was well worth the 3 month wait

All comics arrived in good condition, very well packaged, quality was top class, as was the update and communication. Excellent company and service. A++
