Completely different color I received. I got a dark pink. I wrote customer service and no reply.

I still haven’t received my order, and the company’s communication has been extremely disappointing.

I ordered a case and my case has parts where the glue is visible and the fringe is coming off. I waited for this order to use this case on my birthday trip and I’m really disappointed and scared to use it now. The quality is not what I was expecting :(
