I am loving my new watch. It is thinner and lighter than my previous samsung watch. It lasts approximately 7 days which is far more than the 12 hours I got from my other watch. I used to have to use a second watch at night and now one watch I only take off when showering/swimming. Easy to charge and even when camping. I have a lot of magnetism in my body which can affect watch batteries. So I'm happy with 7 days of battery life as per the 10 days you advertised. I'm hoping that it keeps up it's great work. Easy to wear and looks great. Thank you.

Absolutely love my watch it does everything it supposed to do. I can change the watch face anytime from the library, it records my steps, fitness, sleep etc. One very Happy customer Thankyou 🙂

After sending in a video of this faulty product and hearing no response, they sent me an email wanting a review. This is an unreliable product with horrible customer service. Buyer beware
