I recently purchased the TESPLUS All-Weather Cargo Liners Set With Seats Back Protector Mats for my Model Y, under the impression that it included Seat Back Protector Mats as indicated in the online invoice, the emailed invoice, and the return invoice. However, upon receiving the product, I was disappointed to find that the set did not include the promised Seat Back Protector Mats. Seeking clarification, I reached out to TESPLUS customer service on March 26th regarding the discrepancy. However, it wasn't until April 2nd that I received a response. Despite bringing the issue to their attention, they failed to acknowledge the incorrect item description and insisted on charging me a 25% restocking fee for the return. While the product itself was of satisfactory quality, this experience left me feeling misled and frustrated. TESPLUS's lack of transparency and unresponsiveness reflect poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. As a consumer, I value honesty and timely communication, both of which were lacking in this transaction. I hope TESPLUS takes proactive measures to address these issues and improve their customer service standards moving forward.
