Online ordering top notch besides product quality

Can't really comment on this Triax 15W-40 destined for a friend's Ford PowerStroke pick up , his 70th BD gift. My prior oil reviews suggest great stuff. What I do want to mention is the transaction process..online Triax ordering over multiple orders has gone unusually smoothly each time, not always the case with other Online Retailers. Order placed, shipped superquick via FedEx, tracking number right there on time , and Fedex link if you want to see their progress...5 star communications in all. If you order Triax via a "big box" online store (i.e. to save shipping if Triax site minimum not met) the inclusion of a middleman slows things down, 3-4 days longer to receive, not terrible but I'm spoiled with "ordered Thursday night, arriving Monday mid day" from TX to NC.

The transaction went very smoothly. We ordered the wrong oil and they changed it before it was shipped. Highly satisfied.

I Just started using Triax brand but right after I did the oil change I noticed a quiet down of the valve train and it seems the motor loosened up a bit. I am doing a complete fluid swap on my truck with Triax starting with atf transmission, transfer case, then diffentials. I was using T6 but Im sure this is a better oil. Probably run 5000 first change just to flush out the old oil then may try 7500 since I tow a lot
