Model O 2 Wireless Mouse

I have never really seen customer service like you guys. . . I was surprised at how understanding and helpful everyone I spoke to was. . . This purchase was from a credit I had from a warranty claim and I am very happy with my replacement mouse. Thanks to everyone at Glorious again! Have a Glorious day!

Mouse is fine only problem is the software the new software the mouse doesn’t turn off after pc has been turned off causing mouse battery to just drain. Had to install the old software and enable the sleep mode after set amount of time of inactivity.

The mouse is good and as expected coming from the previous gen, the customer service was amazing and helpful when I reached out regarding an issue with my old mouse
