I use this stuff professionally with my job and my dealers. Will this fix anything that's going through the paint obviously no, but if you're looking for something to fix all clear coat scratches this is the stuff! This saves time on buffing and polishing and last just as long if not longer and if you use the two together it's better than repainting the whole panel. 10/10 would recommend. Just make sure you use it according to the directions.
