18" × 12" Rectangle Blank · 1/4" Birch — Craft Ready

I ordered these, got the wrong thing in my shipment and can’t get anyone to respond to correct it. I’ve emailed twice, replied to an advertisement text and even attempted the chat on the website. But I don’t get anything. All the products are great but I’m disappointed with the customer service.

I received 18” rounds instead of these 18 x 12 rectangles. I have emailed about the mistake. I have not heard from anyone.
