12 x 12 Color Prints

My order arrived and only one of the ten prints was printed correctly. I wrote to the company three times with no response then I called. A young woman said she would look into it. But she never returned my call. By this time we had missed the event so wrote again to request a full refund. No response. I called again and finally was told I would be given a full refund. That was two weeks ago. No refund yet. Bad business.

Prints didn’t turn out like the pictures I sent. Still usable but they were zoomed in and blurry instead of the full picture I uploaded.

I’ve seen a bit better quality but believe me you pay for it. Besides you can’t tell unless you compare side by side so I’m happy. Can’t beat the customer service. Lasting Impressions are “my people”!
