COULD NOT ASK FOR A MORE ACCOMMODATING, FRIENDLY ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!
I'm making a wall quilt for a terminally ill family member, so time is of the essence. As 'haste makes waste' would have it, I needed additional fabric asap. The previous shop resource had no idea when an order would be processed, in all fairness, due to pandemic requiring skeleton crew. After researching online availability (fabric isn't an easy find!) I came across Rashida and RMF! I explained my situation, Rashida was not only happy to help, but she also went above and beyond on, on more than one occasion, Once the order/payment was received, about a half an hour later an e-mail went out saying my order was shipped and shipping had been upgraded to priority status at no additional charge! I wanted to have more yardage on hand, as linen machine embroiders so nicely, I placed another order with RMF. Inventory did not allow me to order what I had planned., I contacted Rashida to inquire when more would be available and again, her assistance was above and beyond! She asked if I could wait about a week for the full amount, that way I would be given one continuous cut. Such attention to detail, good catch! A notification was received in less than a week, an invoice came forward, it was paid and order shipped out in less than a half-hour later. Anyone can sell 'anything'. However, when caring isn't behind customer service, then it's not good customer service. Granted my initial reason for reaching out to RMF was a sad and emergent one. One would expect heartfelt words of comfort and as timely as possible order processing. I surely was not expecting expideted shipping at no charge to me! That said when placing another order, the same attention to good customer service was at the forefront of Rashida's focus! I wasn't thinking of fabric cuts from different bolts as being 'different', even more so with linen! At Rashida's suggestion of waiting for the new inventory to arrive, I was able to get the full amount from one bolt. Two different reasons for shopping, but only one, consistent customer service policy applied...QUALITY, CONSISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm very pleased I found RMF and Rashida, I have no doubt the reader will, as well.
