Their customer service is an absolute joke. My product came damaged I sent photo evidence withing an hour of recieving the product and they have been bewting around the bush about actually replacing my pole or giving me a refund. It has now been two months since I ordered my pole and one month since i requested a replacement or refund and they are STILL telling me they are working on a solution. The saddest part is the product itself is not terrible it is not 5 stars but i would give it a 3.5 but you better hope it does not get lost in the mail or arive damaged or you are out $40

The product is a great value for the money. However the reel that comes with it is too large for the eyelets which are weak and break easily. We switched out for a smaller opening reel that puts less stress on the eyelets. Shipping time is terrible though, took over 1 month.

I feel like the product is made a bit cheaply BUT it is a cool smart design that stands out, every single time you fold it up you do have to take the string out of the holes and put them back in when you want to fish but other than that, it’s what you expect. ⚠️ one major problem is that the holes that are attached to the rod, at least on mine, we’re not glued on properly and kind of came off pretty easily, I had to super glue them on⚠️ not a huge issue though
