I wear a 6 3/4 cuff so I ordered the medium. It fits perfectly and does flex if needed. It matches my t-bird ring I have from TSkies. I wear this cuff as a stacker or alone..either way it’s a joy to wear and I’ve received compliments on its simple beauty. It met my expectations.
