Vegan Burnt Caramel Sugar-Free Marshmallows

These marshmallows are so darn delicious. I like both kinds, and the vegan option has a lot of dietary fiber as well.

The vegan burnt caramel reminds me of the caramel from McDonald's caramel Frappuccino which I can't have these days after being dairy-free. SO DELICIOUS. Those were my favorite. The texture is very soft and interesting- not like normal marshmallows but I personally LOVE it so much and hope the formula never changes. I can see how some might be picky with it if they are particular about their marshmallows lol. They are almost gooey.
