This creamer is the best I have tasted and leaves me feeling fuller for longer in the mornings which helps with my restricted time eating. Good price when on subscription. However a two week option would be good!

Have used this butterfat keto since 2021 in and off initially lost approx 2 st in a year. Since then several times a week when at golf or exercise the product helps or have been using a lower amount. However in last couple of weeks back up to full recommendations and feel full and lost 3lb in first week.

Great flavour, easy to mix in drinks, makes you feel full for hours. Good to break a fast with.
