Dreams of Calypso

This is my favorite hot sauce that I've tried, and I have tried a lot of hot sauces over the years. The flavor is rich and fruity with balanced heat. A few drops can add depth to a bowl of curry. Great on fish tacos as well. Superb hot sauce. I always order extra and share with others.
