I wanted a book with short but inspiring meditations that I could use as a devotional before bed. This one has worked well for that although I’ve made it my morning read at times as well since each lesson can inspire much deeper thought throughout my day. I would say don’t fell pressured by the dates on each page feeling like your behind if you miss a day because rushing through just to catch up will make you miss out on time to reflect and apply. Spend all the time you need exploring one lesson before you move on to the next topic.
