Great Quailty Product - Horrible Order Processing and Support

Products from Faherty are great. High quality and durable items that beat other items out there. This item is true to size and washed perfectly as I have come to expect out of a Faherty item. That said - I had a sizing issue with my order and found the turn around time to be unacceptably long. After waiting for return processing I was requested to speed up the process by reordering the same items which I did and they still havent arrived and will not meet the date I ordered the items for so will have ot be returned adding more time. Support was friendly but unhelpful. Very disappointed esspecially at the pricepoint.
