Amazing self-board freedom

I switched to the bale slip a month ago (from nagbag hay nets). As a self-boarder with no pasture, the peace of mind for 24/7 forage is a game changer. Our large pony seems to love having the bale slip on the ground and paws and moves it around her shelter (she’s barefoot). I offer some loose hay in case of frustration but she chooses to eat from the bale slip one little stalk at a time. It easily holds 2 small bales providing flexibility in my self-board care schedule.

Bigger than described

I took the 2,75 inches for my older mare. I was able to fit 4 bales (about 40-50 lbs each). The net is soft and easy to close. Very nice product
