Installation instructions were clear and the only difficult part was removing the old seat (not the unit’s fault, obviously…). The seat and arms feel sure and secure. One complaint: the housing above the bidet spray is large and flat and is occasionally a surface for “waste” to land instead of in the bowl, even though the bidet is positioned as far back as space permits. But that might be the unavoidable consequence of the round (as opposed to elongated) bowl/seat design.
