Im not very happy about how this plant arrived. There were layers and layers of dead leaves that i had to prune that woukd cause rot. The plant is hanging on by a thread. Don’t advertise pretty health plants and then ship a neglected plant. I received an etiolated succulent in my last order. The other 3 plants were great. so i was happy to order again. But given the condition of what I received i will likely shop somewhere else.
The first photo is after i repotted and pruned it and its still sad looking. And of course its the more expensive of the two i bought. And in my last order, the etiolated plant was the most expensive one too. I understand things that may happen in transit, but this is a case of being sent a poorly cared for plant

disappointment
Very disappointed. I have cared for succulents for 40 years and I have never received a plant as sick as the one you sent me.
