I have been unable to open the container. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to open. HORRIBLE packaging. I asked Claude how to open it & it suggested soaking it in warm water. There are barely any instructions even after scanning the QR code on the bottom of the jar. There is nothing to indicate that there is a QR code on the bottom. I found it searching for instructions. I am glad I only ordered one jar. I will look for another supplier.
