Poor quality control

Where the tongue and upper part of the boot meet there was a step left out and there’s a lump that rubs the top of my foot. Would’ve returned them but needed them for work. But the left one is good

I looked at many different brands and styles of boots. I loved the look of these and decided to purchase a pair. The quality and look was even better than expected once I received them! They are very comfortable and easy to get on and off unlike others I’ve had. The only negative I have is that they seem a little wide for me, but if you have a wide foot, they would be great. They look good at work, but just as good for everyday casual wear. I’ll be buying another pair if these ever wear out. From the looks of it, that’ll be quite a while.
