I bought the sport. It was expensive, but the cheapest model. I have to admit it does work better than a towel. It's able to get that deep stretch. It's also quicker, so for me I decided to pull the trigger once I got a little discount. . did I need the weight? No not at all. But I'm pretty aggressive with my stretching. I'm hoping to get a few gold stretch positions in to really make the coat worthwhile. Plantar pain? ✅. Hamstring stretch ✅

Well made, quality product. I find the sport model to meet my needs. Provides a unique effective approach to deep stretching. Only hiccough is that I needed a bigger one. I am 5’6” and bought the recommended adult size. When laying flat however as shown in the orientation video, I am unable to relax with my head and shoulders flat on the floor and maintain an appropriate grip. I have to raise my head and shoulders to get a comfortable grip on the bar. I like the product, however, and instead of returning for an exchange I chose to gift it to my daughter-in-law to use with plans to buy a new one for myself, next size up, of course.

I’m buying them for my whole family. Once you try it, you can’t imagine life without it.
