Great product

We are not great on tech and phones but our Sim cards have worked well in India. Just slot the card in and put on data roaming and instant internet. I've used them twice now.

Simple, reliable, and very convenient

I purchased the 20GB sim for India as my trusty Samsung doesn't have e-sim capability. As soon as I got to the first hotel in Delhi I popped out my Australian sim and inserted the India sim. On restarting I selected data roaming and instantly had service. The sim worked flawlessly and I was able to access emails, web sites but most importantly phone calls and messages using "whatsapp". The only downside ( which was entirely my fault ) was trying to access my credit card details. The 2 stage verification sent a code to my mobile and as this is a data only sim I couldn't receive the code. If I had set up the credit card verification using an authenticator app ( which I have ) there wouldn't have been an issue. As I was part of a very small group tour the sim, and being able to use the whatsapp for calls and messages was a real plus. I would highly recommend using a physical sim. Easy to install and the reverse on arriving home was just as simple.
