Discovery Woodland Treehouse

Took weeks and weeks to arrive. No delivery information or communcation from plum. They werent responding to my emails or requests for information. Weeks later I get an email from a delivery company at 9 am saying its coming that morning (thankfully someone was in), this was after me asking for a refund as it hadnt arrived. Parts were missing to the order and no way of speaking to anyone to discuss. Avoid. Terrible service and communication. Really disappointed. Its currently a pile of wood in my garage - no idea what to do with it.
