Easy way to get your dose of elderberry! I didn’t know how to use these as there’s no instructions on the package, but a quick Google search let me know to snip it open and squeeze out the contents. No rocket science involved ;-) Delicious addition to my nightly tea and makes a great grift for tea lovers as well.
