New Recife Mens Lace Up Shoes

The shoes marked as Extra Wide were not. And I have to pay to return them !!

I have been buying anatomic shoes for about 10 years because I found them so comfortable. I was therefore all the more disappointed when the supposedly Extra Wide shoes I had ordered online arrived...and visibly were not. I held the new shoes 'sole-to-sole' with several of my existing pairs to confirm this, and yes...the new shoes were indeed narrower. Needless to say, they didn't fit me. The waste of time and effort would be bad enough, until I discovered that to return the shoes I have to pay for the postage myself, AND there will be a fee from Anatomic to process the return. So I have to pay for Anatomic's mistake? That cannot be justified. So please, Anatomic, what do you say to this?
