Very easy, not irritating to my skin or my lips no odors or residue taste or anything like that. Adhesive is pretty strong safe place for me.

This tape is great!
I would definitely recommend this mouth tape. When I first tried mouth taping I used a medical tape across my lips. It was very sticky in the morning and I really didn’t like using it. I tried out Wellnesse mouth tape and I’ve been so pleased with it, that I now have a subscription for it. I don’t want to run out!This tape doesn’t leave my lips sticky and it is not irritating to wear.
