Okay, you want more than just the fact that I have 2 of these now? I put my infant in it, with the smaller cushions around the outside, and he practiced and learned how to climb out. Mostly use it for him to move over like an obstacle course where he has a softer landing... Okay, yeah, if you don't want walking at 7 months old, because that brings other problems, do not get this!

Fun and functional

The whole family loves the Chunk - I can even sit in it comfortably as an adult. The open circle makes a great fort door. The flat circles make good sitting pads. Even my 12 month old loves to climb in and out, or just sit in it to play!

Obsessed

For my son's first birthday, we gifted him the Nugget couch, and nearly 3 years later it's still one of our most-used toys to date. So when my daughter's first birthday was coming up, we wanted to expand our Nugget collection by gifting her the Chunk. I'm happy to say that both kids are absolutely loving it and playing with it daily! Nugget play furniture is the most worthwhile investment for big and imaginative play. (And, they hold up far better than our friends' off-brand items, even to our rough and tough kids.) When we move into a larger home with a dedicated playroom, I expect to continue expanding our Nugget collection!
