Custom Grick

Love It!

I bought a Grick because I loved the design and was tired of waiting for another toy I ordered from BD to arrive and had heard good reviews about the Bards getting orders out quickly. They did not disappoint! It only took ten days for it to arrive and it would’ve been sooner if not for the weather delaying it. The bards updated me on every step, which is much appreciated and kept me in the loop. I was very happy to see my Grick on twitter and Reddit as I could see the colors I chose before it was even delivered. The Grick came in a plain brown box that was taped up firmly and it was softened with paper, making it impossible to tell what was inside while keeping it safe. My package personally didn’t say it was from the Wandering Bards so it kept my order very discreet, which was amazing as I have nosey roommates. Also, provided in my order was a bag to hold my new toy, a thank you card that provided me the safe way to clean and store it, a silicone dice and some stickers! 😄 The Grick itself is awesome, I love how the colors work and looks like it has a glittery shine. I got a medium/soft and let me tell you that I was impressed with the size. The charts do not give it justice. I was worried I ordered too small but it was bigger than expected, my fingers just barely meeting around its middle. The soft is very… well soft, so if you prefer more of a textured feel, I would recommend the medium. I am very satisfied with my Grick and will be ordering again soon, thank you Bards!

Great addition

My wife loved the custom grick. Medium was the perfect size. The colors are beautiful and the extra soft made it perfect for having a good time before bed. they had our order shipped out within two days. Wandering bard did a fantastic job.

Fantastic all around!

I ordered a large custom Grick right before Christmas. I was worried about missing the deadline before they went on their holiday break, so I reached out to customer service. They so graciously agreed to make my toy that day and said it would ship out the following day. I couldn’t believe it! These days, I rarely experience anything beyond mediocre customer service in general… but these guys are exceptional! They are motivated, professional, kind, and competent. To my surprise, I received my toy like 3 days later. I feel like that never happens with other companies, ESPECIALLY with custom work! The product is beautiful and just perfect. I will definitely be ordering more in the future! Thank you so much!!!
