Installed on a 2015 f150 5.0 with gutted Cadillac converters they work on both sides had just the 90s a little bit to make sure they cleared I point them towards the front of the truck upwards they do work

Would buy from again

The adapter worked perfectly and my check engine light went out as I have a cat free exhaust. I tried similar adapters but this was the only one that got my check engine light to turn off! Great product!
