Good length rope can tie it to shorten it needed and comes with a hook attached to it nice leather and ok stitching

Beautiful bag. Love the live the rope it comes with. Well designed. If we could only add, it would have been just perfect if instructions would be included as to what height level should the bag hang. And of course if a few slip bag exercises sheet chest would be included. But as far as product, excellent and great price.
