They had the cool idea to be able to pull the pins and swing the arm out of the way, but if your’e using a 100 lb bag it puts too much pressure on the arm and you can’t pull the pins out or even get them to budge when unscrewing. Even with it in its normal position there’s wiggle room for the arm to move. Should’ve just gotten a stationary mount.
