I will agree with other reviews that this one is quite camphorous and dare I say medicinal OOB. Which isn’t a scent family I tend to gravitate towards. However, this is another one that absolutely blooms in wax. I always test stock fragrances at 7.5% unless it seems lighter OOB. This is one I may up the % ever so slightly but the camphor element really calms and makes way for a lovely nature leaning fragrance. My family and I love to hike and it reminds me of winter and early spring hikes in our beloved Ozarks before the leaves come on. A truly beautiful fragrance.

camphorous top note (to me)

The overall notes are too camphorous leaning for me (scent is subjective) therefore I won’t be adding it as a primary scent in candles but it would be a good blender to add fresh notes. Initial testing: 9%, coconut wax, wood wick, vegetable dye, 3” wide 10oz vessel, and it burned clean and highly fragrant The quality of Stock Fragrance can’t be beat! Even when I test a fragrance and it doesn’t work out for my personal preference, I’m always impressed with the quality of the product and the integrity of this company.
