Fighting No Contact Headgear

If your goal is to not get hurt at all, this is the right headgear for you. Just be warned that protection comes at a cost. This headgear is massive. There is padding 360°. My coach had a good time making jokes about the headgear. It does cut down on your visibility as well. It’s like being hit with a pillow in a pillow fight, and not a punching glove.
