We got too large of a tree the first time, and returning it was very easy. customer service was very helpful, and the refund came within a couple of weeks. The replacement tree was already here and it worked great.

Great Tree

We just received our new 7.5 ft pre-lit Douglas Fir Tree and set it up just to check it out. It was easy to set up and fluff out. It is a full completely beautiful tree. All the lights work great and we love the LED with the multi colored feature. Thanks for making just a great product. We can's wait to put it up next year and decorate it. djm

2026 Christmas

Arrived as promised. Met all the expectations. Won’t get to actually use it until the 2026 Christmas season, but seems to be working and of good quality.
