The worst business I have ever encountered. I purchased a diffuser from them, and after waiting for 2 months, they sent me a defective product that didn’t fit. I had to process a return. They received the return diffuser and admitted it was their fault, promising to expedite a replacement. They told me they would send it out between Monday and Wednesday. Three days passed, and when I contacted them, they said they were currently working on it, needing time for the paint to dry, and assured it would be shipped out early Thursday (which is tomorrow, May 16th, 2024). I contacted them again on Thursday, and they claimed to have shipped out the replacement diffuser via expedited shipping, promising I would receive it on Saturday. They provided the tracking number only when requested. I called USPS to ensure they had actually shipped out the product. To my dismay, USPS never received the shipment, only a shipping label was created. Please stay away from this vendor.
