The product isn't the problem. Non-existant customer service.

The products are fine. Getting them is a different matter. 12 days after ordering AND paying I had heard nothing. 3 emails later I had heard nothing. Eventually had to raise a dispute with PayPal in order to get my money back. Won't be using them again. Shame.
