This has to be the cutest bandana in Windy's collection ❤️ It's so soft and well-made. The quality is amazing! It's such a lovely pattern and Waddles the penguin is so adorable 😊 I wasn't sure about a bandana with snaps instead of a tie, but it is a perfect fit and much more convenient than a tie. The order came with a very nice handwritten postcard from the shop owner too. Windy and I love her new bandana and highly recommend & Mutts Co! Thank you 🥰
