Love this bag!

I love this bag, it’s such good quality, I take it everywhere with me. I am extremely rough on my bags because I am so active but these bags are such amazing quality and are so sturdy, I trust that they can keep up with me. I also adore the fact that I got to pick the materials so I feel like I got a custom bag that I got to pick out the colors for, making it like an extension of me. 15/10 recommend!

This custom "Katie" is awesome. I made a mistake when ordering. I ordered rt hand and should have ordered lt hand. I wish that this style was available in a size between the Rozzi and the Katie. I'm sure I'll enjoy using it. Is there a way I could return and reorder?

This bag is almost perfect. I only wish that a medium sized would be available. Something between Katie and Rozzi. I also realized that I mistakenly ordered for a rt side instead of lt side.
