The power washer is a good unit. Wish the handle was a little higher so not to have to lean down to move it. It works great. The power is there to remove the dirt. Shipping was my issue. Packing of the power washer needs to be improved. My unit came with oil every where. The Simpson company informed me it was residue left over from initial testing. Also the shipping company should take more care in handling the package.

My husband and I were not happy with our purchase. We were missing several items that were named on the FactoryPure website package contents. We called and were finally sent the 5 Quick Nozzle Tips. We have never received the Engine Oil, Detergent Filter, Quick Start Set Up Guide, and Owner's Manual. The Power Washer was delivered while we were not home, therefore, we were not allowed to sign for it or to inspect the delivery for damage. Due to poor packaging, the gas tank has two large dents in it. We were told it would not be covered because we would have had to inspect it upon arrival and have refused it at that time. We were not given that option. If this is your policy, then the item shoud not have been delivered w/o our signature and our right to inspect the package. Numerous phone calls and emails were sent by my husband and I to no avail. We are very disappointed in your customer service and will never do business with your company again or recommend other customers to you.
