Not very sharp

I expected a sharpened knife when it arrived. I was not impressed at all with the edge that it has.

Great quality and magnificent presentation.

First time shopping with this place, and cannot be happier with the results. Bought 2 knives with custom engraving, and the recipients absolutely love them. They appreciated that I searched and found a different knife for each if them and the product quality was not only as close to perfection as one could ever expect, but that the engraving and packaging was not typical generic grade you would see when buying from the typical gun and knife show. If they ever offer a nice automatic blade, I will be on that for myself. Customer service was also perfect when I had a question that I won’t explain here, but I have rarely had such great support anywhere. Will be referring them to everyone I can.
