Not so smudge resistant top coat

I have bought this before and it was perfect for going over stamped nails and the pattern not smudging...sadly this one does :( not sure if something has been changed...but not great sadly

Not so smudge resistant top coat

I have bought this before and it was perfect for going over stamped nails and the pattern not smudging...sadly this one does :( not sure if something has been changed...but not great sadly
