Not impressed, flimsy strap, leather was really hard

I received it as a gift from a close friend who knows I love a luxurious crossbody. He purchased it because you are a black owned company. I personally think the bag is over priced. It is my opinion that the crossbody needs to be upgraded to be in the luxury category.
