Love the blue cornmeal!

I bought this cornmeal when I visited the Mill a couple years ago. Love the taste and texture of the blue cornmeal!

Blue Corn Meal

The grind is perfect for corn bread, hot mush breakfast cereal, and also for mixing with wheat bread flour for good old home made bread loafs. For me I prefer a finer ground meal for breading chicken and fish BUT this still works well. The blue corn meal has a slightly nuttier flavor than regular white or yellow meal.

Best Blue Cornmeal I’ve Found!!!!

This is the best blue cornmeal I’ve found. I’ve tried some from other mills and this is my favorite. It has a nice texture, not too fine and not too coarse. It’s always fresh. My cornbread always tastes great with a nice crumb. We love it! In fact we are giving some as gifts this year! Have to share the goodness!!!
